Hi! my name is Laura.

Helping women feel HEALTHIER, EMPOWERED and more CONFIDENT is what motivates me every day. I strongly believe I have the best job in the world!! :))

As a Personal Trainer, my mission is to make Fitness simple, enjoyable, and sustainable for every client I work with, focusing on your needs and wants and meeting you where you are at on your Fitness Journey.

I design tailored training programmes that match your goals, whether that is losing weight, building muscle, improving fitness, or getting back into fitness after a break.

Everyone’s journey is different, so I focus on creating sessions that are challenging, supportive, and suited to your individual needs.

My mission is to help you build CONFIDENCE in the gym, develop healthy habits, and achieve results that last beyond the training sessions.

SPECIALIST IN:

  • Nutrition Coaching - I am as passionate about nutrition as I am about training. I firmly believe that nutrition & training must go hand in hand to optimise maximal results.

  • Pre & Post Natal - I help women in this crucial and exciting phase of your life to stay healthy, continue exercising safely at each stage of the pregnancy & maintain healthy eating habits.

  • Peri & Post - Menopausal Support - During this stage of our life, many women (including myself) experience shifts in energy levels, body composition, strength, and overall wellbeing. My mission is to provide you supportive, effective training that helps you feel strong, confident, and in control of your health.

  • I am also an Assessor and Tutor :) and I truly love and enjoy Education & Training in the classroom and Gym floor, helping others with the first steps of making their passion a wonderful career!.
