Nutrition Coaching - I am as passionate about nutrition as I am about training. I firmly believe that nutrition & training must go hand in hand to optimise maximal results.
Pre & Post Natal - I help women in this crucial and exciting phase of your life to stay healthy, continue exercising safely at each stage of the pregnancy & maintain healthy eating habits.
Peri & Post - Menopausal Support - During this stage of our life, many women (including myself) experience shifts in energy levels, body composition, strength, and overall wellbeing. My mission is to provide you supportive, effective training that helps you feel strong, confident, and in control of your health.
I am also an Assessor and Tutor :) and I truly love and enjoy Education & Training in the classroom and Gym floor, helping others with the first steps of making their passion a wonderful career!.
